As of today, only the International Committee of the Red Cross and the Russian peacekeeping forces can enter and exit Artsakh: Artsakh InfoCenter

Artsakh Information Center issued a statement, which runs as follows:

''For about 40 days now, the only road connecting Artsakh with Armenia has been blocked due to the destructive behaviour of the Azerbaijani side. We inform that thousands of tons of vital supplies were not delivered to Artsakh due to the blockade, and the supplies delivered to Artsakh by the International Committee of the Red Cross and the Russian peacekeeping forces make only a small part of them.

During this period, we receive many phone calls from our compatriots both in Armenia and the Diaspora, various non-governmental organizations and structures, who wish to send humanitarian aid to Artsakh. We inform them however that Artsakh remains in a complete blockade, and, as of today, only the International Committee of the Red Cross and the Russian peacekeeping forces can enter and exit Artsakh, and any other information spread on the Internet does not correspond to reality.

We also inform that any fundraising not agreed with state institutions of Artsakh is at least problematic, and the issues related to citizens of Artsakh remaining in Armenia as a result of the road blockade are dealt with by the working group, which was set up by the Armenian government in cooperation with Artsakh's state institutions.
